A founding member of the band Guns N’ Roses and arguably one of the greatest and most iconic guitar players to walk the face of the planet Slash set out on tour with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators in support of their latest release “Living the Dream”. They made a stop at Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville CT.
They came out on fire with the song Avalon and they stayed hot throughout the 18 song blistering set which included several songs off their new release “Living the Dream ” as well as songs from their ” Apocalyptic Love ” album as well as their ” World on Fire” album. Thrown into the mix were songs from Slash’s 2010 self titled release “SLASH” The highlight of the night for many was when they launched into the Velvet Revolver song “Fall to Pieces” and the crowd was just as welcoming to the Guns N’ Roses song “Night Train. With Myles Kennedy on vocals, Todd Kerns on bass and keeping time on drums is Brent Fitz I’m pretty sure this band could play any song and nail it!
