Sevendust and Static-X co-headlined a sold-out show at the Tulsa Theater on October 24, 2023.

Sevendust took the stage first and delivered a high-energy set of their biggest hits, including Bitch,” “Angel’s Son,” and “Face to Face.” The band sounded tight and Lajon Witherspoon’s vocals were on point.

From the moment the lights dimmed and the first chords resonated through the venue, Sevendust captivated the audience with their high-energy performance. The band’s chemistry on stage was palpable, as they effortlessly moved from one song to another with precision and passion. Each member showcased their musical prowess, leaving no doubt about their mastery of their respective instruments with Vince Hornsby on bass, Morgan Rose on drums and guitarists Clint Lowery and John Connolly. Their seamless blend of heavy riffs, melodic hooks, and powerful vocals created an atmosphere that was nothing short of exhilarating.

One highlight of the night was undoubtedly lead vocalist Lajon Witherspoon’s captivating presence. His soulful voice soared through every note, captivating hearts and minds with its emotional depth. Xero – Static-X

Static-X followed Sevendust and put on an equally impressive set. The band played a mix of classic and newer songs, including “Push It,” “I’m With Stupid,” and “Hollow.” The crowd went wild for Static-X’s performance. With Tony Campos on bass, Koichi Fukuda ripping it up on guitar, Ken Jay on drums and ‘Xero’ handling lead vocals and rhythm guitar they showed that they are still one of the best live bands in metal.

They brought their unique blend of  metal to the forefront. Static-X’s live performance in Tulsa was nothing short of epic. The band, known for their heavy industrial sound and intense performances, brought their A-game to the stage, captivating the audience from start to finish. The energy in the venue was amazing as the crowd sang along to every song and moshed with reckless abandon.With their signature sound and charismatic stage presence, they captivated the audience from start to finish. Their performance was a perfect mix of nostalgia and innovation, reminding fans why they fell in love with this band in the first place.

Static-X delivered a truly unforgettable show, showcasing their musical prowess and leaving fans craving for more. If you had the privilege of attending this concert, you’ll understand why it was a game-changer.
